The new office for property managers, Alexander Robertson, was an exercise in careful planning, with the design working to maximize natural light and provide external views for all occupants.
A rich palette of finishes was used in front-of-house areas to provide a luxurious feel. A custom leather-panelled wall contrasts boldly with an olive green carpet in the reception area.
The sophisticated palette of materials extends to the back-of-house areas, with copper and reflective laminates complimenting dark walls.
The staff breakout accommodates a kitchen and utility space. The central island bench, clad in reconstituted stone, provides a focal point for informal meetings and social gatherings.
